Important Swimming Pool Info
The Villas of Sunset Grove does not own the swimming pool behind our community; the Sunset Grove Condo Association does.
Dues are $450 per year with a one-time $500 fee. Additional information about the pool can be found here.

Architectural Forms
Additions, alterations or changes to any dwelling are not permissible without prior written approval from the Board of Directors. The required Architectural Form that needs to be completed and submitted to the Board of Directors before changes are made can be found by going to the HOA Documents section of our website and clicking the Architectural Submission Form link.

Mailbox Repairs
To order replacement parts for your mailbox, please contact Forsite at:

When contacting Forsite to place your order, please state that you live at the Villas of Sunset Grove in Clearwater, Florida. The part will be mailed directly to you, and then it is your responsibility to have the mailbox fixed.
If your mailbox is damaged where it is not on the post and is not located by the street, the postal service will not deliver your mail. You may have to pick your mail up at the nearest Post Office located on Hercules Ave. until your mailbox is repaired.
